Aside from having a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water one of our top products to use for our skin is the Alumier M.D. bright and clear solution which is a skin conditioning solution that encourages skin cell turnover revealing a radiant complexion giving you that healthy dewy skin everybody strives for!

With its hero ingredients, it really is a lifesaver!

Ingredients include

-Bisabolol which is extracted from chamomile and known for it’s soothing and skin restoring properties
-Arnica which is a plant extract known for it’s soothing and skin restoring properties
-Lactic acid which exfoliates dead skin cells and enhances skin renewal to firm and strengthens skin
-Lime Pearl hitch is naturally rich in AHA for a smoother, brighter and more even-toned complexion
-Superox-C which is extracted from the Kakadu plum, which is the worlds richest source of vitamin C. This antioxidant improves skin tone and texture.

We would recommend shaking the bottle before use and applying the solution after cleansing the skin! Apply the solution easily to the face and neck by using the pump bottle onto a cotton pad and applying in circular motions gently to the skin and do not rinse, just simply leave the product on and apply your moisturiser and sunscreen as normal. We would recommend using the AlumierMD serum, moisturiser and sun cream for best results!

This can be used on all skin types and if you do experience any sensitivity whilst the skin is adjusting to the solution we would advise this top tip:
Apply the solution to a moistened cotton pad and pat or swipe on skin

What is a Chemical Peel?

”Chemical peels are able to help treat concerns such as pigmentation, acne, and aging skin, by increasing cell turnover and bringing newer skin cells to the surface. Applying chemical peels to your face allows professionals to provide your skin with the necessary actives that your skin requires to leave it feeling and looking youthful and smooth.” 

Will AlumierMD chemical peels cause unsightly redness and peeling?

Post-treatment peeling is often similar to peeling after a tan. In some cases, exfoliation occurs on a cellular level and is not apparent to the naked eye. The exfoliation you will experience varies depending on skin profile. AlumierMD chemical peels are light- to medium depth, and are formulated to reduce irritation and redness.

What can I expect straight after a chemical peel?

The skin is initially tender and more sun-sensitive as the epidermis renews itself. After the peeling takes its course (usually 3-5 days after treatment), fresh new skin emerges and ingredients in homecare products start to work more effectively.

Aesthetics – I’ve gotten to know Rebecca over the past 12 months and I was so excited when she contacted me asking to join her beautiful clinic and talented team.

So a little bit more about me…. I’m Ashleigh (mostly known as Ash) I’ve worked in the dental industry for the past 15 years, initially as a dental nurse then following with distinction as a dental hygienist and therapist. For those who don’t know what that means, I am the person you get referred to for fillings and treatment of gum disease (and other things your dentist doesn’t want to do themselves). As much as I love dentistry, I felt I needed to add to my skill set, so in 2015 I embarked on what has become an ever growing career in facial aesthetics. Through time, practice and determination, I have learned the art of ‘skinjecting’. And I absolutely love my job! Can you tell?

Over the past 18 months, I have lost count of the number of hours I have spent training and learning.

As a dental therapist and hygienist, it is vital that we fully understand facial anatomy, this, along with my experiences of dealing with needle phobics, has earned me an amazing loyal client list.
